Duties:
- The applicant shall deliver transcripts on a daily basis of the following business day after conclusion of each day's proceedings
- The applicant shall operate and monitor the recording equipment at all times.
- The applicant shall separate each witness' testimony in a separate transcript.
- The applicant shall produce a transcript of all witness testimony only when the USAO makes a specific request that a transcript be produced.
- The applicant shall complete and deliver all intermediate transcripts on or before the 5th business day after receiving a request from the USAO.
- The applicant shall complete and deliver regular transcripts on or before the 10th business day after the date a witness testifies in the Grand Jury.
- The applicant shall possess a Bachelor’s degree
- The applicant shall possess a minimum of two years’ experience
