As the Creative Director, you will supervise the agency's creative product, direct the interaction between the client, the account team, and the creative department, interpret strategic marketing plans into "big ideas," and foster creative inspiration and fresh ideation.


You will assign all projects within their department agency staff to ensure adequate resources for assignments and be accountable for all work (content and overall creative product) presented to the client. Most of all, you will ensure the strategic output of all work is aligned with the creative brief and quality control standards are in place, as well as incorporate the latest industry best practices relative to the media channel and subject area.


To thrive, you should have:

  • Minimum 4-year degree in advertising, communication design, or visual arts.
  • Minimum 7 years of creative (studio/copy) experience overall, with at least 5 years in the pharmaceutical/health care field.
  • Must be proficient in relevant programs.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively.


Your responsibilities as the Creative Director – Copy will include:

  • Supervise and mentor copywriters, copy editors, and proofreaders, ensuring high-quality creative output.
  • Direct the creative team’s approach in interfacing with clients, account teams, operations, and finance.
  • Interpret strategic plans into impactful ideas and marketing campaigns.
  • Align the creative services team with agency goals through effective communication and process development.
  • Collaborate with organizational leaders to integrate technology for optimal efficiency and shape strategic market plans.
