CAREER OPPORTUNITY

We are actively seeking a multifaceted Creative Director to join our thriving team. This position is pivotal in elevating our brand and propelling our creative efforts forward. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, the ideal candidate will not only lead our creative teams but will also possess hands-on expertise in design and photo editing. We’re looking for a strong leader with a unique eye for innovative design who can produce dynamic, high-energy assets and directly contribute to and elevate the creative work in all areas they manage. This role is perfect for a creative leader who can capture the attention of a global audience through design and innovative creativity.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Direct and manage production and communicate timelines.
  • Direct and manage identity, copy, and design projects for diverse brands.
  • Evaluate concepts and provide creative direction.
  • Leads and provides creative direction to a multi-disciplinary team, including writers and designers.
  • Lead creation of all online, offline, digital advertising and social media, print advertising, video, content, etc.
  • Participate in the development, implementation, and maintenance of creative group policies, objectives, and short- and long-term planning.
  • Collaborate closely with various teams on campaigns and projects to develop creative direction.
  • Responsible for the development of marketing concepts and content and oversees the production of print and video elements.
  • Ensures high-quality, on-budget execution of creative deliverables within a given deadline
  • Ensure designs and content reflect consistently and positively the brand image and company ideals.

Qualifications And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Art, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s Degree is a plus.
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Creative Director, Art Director, or similar leadership role in a creative setting, preferably with a nationwide or global luxury brand.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of creative projects, including digital and print media.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a creative team.
  • Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • A deep understanding of brand development, online marketing, and interactive media.
  • Knowledge of how to develop brand identities through multi-channel marketing.
  • Experience interacting with high-profile clients and industry professionals.
  • Evidence of participation in ongoing professional development opportunities in the areas of graphic design or social media.
  • Recent hands-on experience with applying design, copy, or web best practices.
  • Fun, innovative, fresh creative style.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of graphic and print production processes.
  • Work well with tight deadlines in a team environment.
  • Able to take projects from start to finish.
