Creative Director

We are seeking a highly organized, communicative, and focused Creative Director who excels under pressure and can adeptly manage multiple tasks. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proven leadership, teamwork, and a solution-driven mindset, balancing creative possibilities with practical limitations.

** This role is 5 days a week onsite in Edison NJ **

Main Essential Duties and Functions of the Job (including but not limited to):

• Lead and manage a diverse creative team of 10+ members, including graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and copywriters.
• Oversee the entire creative process from concept to completion.
• Provide leadership and direction to the creative team.
• Review work, troubleshoot issues, and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure visual communication and brand standards are consistently met.
• Oversee project profitability, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
• Communicate campaign strategies and solutions to upper management.
• Track all creative projects within the Marketing Department, including copyright, graphic design, photography, and videography.
• Collaborate with departments such as Buying, Social Media/PR, Sales, Research & Development, Customer Service, and Accounting to meet their creative needs.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and project management abilities.
• Coordinate with third parties for printed materials, video voice-overs, translations, 3D renderings, etc.
• Inspire creativity within the team while managing multiple projects.
