Culinary Supervisor Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Supervisor to join our culinary team. The Sous Chef will assist the Head Chef in overseeing the kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and staff supervision.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience working as a Kitchen Supervisor or in a similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.
  • Certification from a culinary school or relevant field is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Chef in creating and implementing menu items.
  • Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
  • Ensure kitchen sanitation and food safety standards are met.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop new dishes and maintain quality standards.
