Customer Care Representative

Inceed has partnered with a great client to help find a skilled Customer Care Representative to join their team!

The Customer Care Rep is responsible for responding to customer contacts, completing outgoing 3-day calls and other related duties.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer phone calls, emails and written correspondence in a courteous and professional manner within the specified timeframes
• Outgoing 3-day & Collections Calls
• Obtain proper documentation from customer and update data change in systems
• Research and accurately update/submit credit dispute data via e-Oscar and update BOS/LSAMS and Excel tracking report
• Research payment change requests and VPPE issues
  
  

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Mortgage industry experience required
• Servicing call center experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in MS Word/Excel
