    For the past several months, the talk of the town at UNFCU has been Talkdesk, a cloud-based customer experience platform to support our contact centers. To acknowledge the progress and collaborative efforts that made the Talkdesk implementation successful, we hosted a special recognition event for our US and Nairobi Contact Centers. This celebration is more than just about the platform—it’s about the dedication and collaboration of so many teams across our organization, working hand-in-hand to ensure this implementation was a success.
