We are looking for an enthusiastic and solutions-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Program Manager for our global Hyperscaler (HCP) customer contracts. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our HCP customer delivery team, leading financial planning, billing, revenue management, and executing cross-functional finance projects on a global scale. Your Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of customer contract program management including financial oversight, approvals, milestones, risks, and program tools.
Collaborate closely with the customer leadership team and report directly to the HCP MS COO.
Lead a team of Finance Project Managers supporting assigned customer accounts and oversee a team of offshored project administrators.
Drive change management processes for customer contracts, including pricing adjustments and SLA modifications.
Ensure accuracy in business enablement.
Analyze key performance indicators such as revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditures to identify trends.
Maintain adherence to program resource budgets and oversee customer billing and payment coordination.
Reconcile global financials related to revenue and cost of sales and lead efforts in accurate business forecasting.
Provide comprehensive financial program status reports to stakeholders within CU, BA.
Track and report on program cost efficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives for processes, methods, tools, and automation.
Required Skills And Experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
10+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), financial consulting, or related fields.
Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams in a global matrix organization.
Expert proficiency in Excel for data modeling and analytics.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks effectively.
Solid leadership and communication skills, collaborating with stakeholders such as customers, finance communities, and sales teams.
Flexibility to work across multiple time zones based on customer locations.
Compensation And Benefits
Wcompensation packages tailored to individual needs and goals. Your salary for this position will be determined based on location, your qualifications, and experience level within the following ranges:
Washington, New York, and New Jersey: $151,200 - $198,450
California: $151,200 - $216,825
All other US locations: $140,000 - $183,750
In addition to base salary, you will have the opportunity for an annual bonus based on business and individual performance metrics.
