Position Overview:

As the Customer Service Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), Onboarding (Sales) Team, and the Marketing & Media Manager. A key part of your role will be ensuring the CSRs notify clients that their services are scheduled for the next day. You will also ensure that the onboarding team provides new clients with a smooth and welcoming experience, while the media and marketing strategies align with our brand’s goals and growth.



Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), Onboarding (Sales) Team, and the Marketing & Media Manager.

Ensure the CSRs day to day duties & tickets are completed everyday.

Collaborate with the Onboarding Team to ensure a seamless sales and onboarding process for new clients.

Work closely with the Marketing & Media Manager to ensure that all marketing and media strategies align with our high-end client experience and promote our brand consistently.

Train, mentor, and coach team members to uphold the Elite Lawn Care standard of service and communication.

Develop and implement procedures that improve operational efficiency and client satisfaction across these teams.

Foster collaboration between teams to ensure smooth communication and cohesive client experiences.



Qualifications:

•5+ years of proven experience in customer service leadership, ideally in service-based industries (e.g., HVAC, landscaping, pest control).

•Proven experience overseeing teams across multiple departments, including customer service, sales, and marketing.

Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.

Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Commitment to delivering a high-end customer experience and driving team success.


Compensation and Benefits:

•Salary up to $150,000, based on experience.
