The Customer Support Representative connects with customers through various communication methods to assist with current needs and help determine future needs.

  • Excellent Customer Service Experience
  • Providing introductory information to prospective and new customers
  • Ensuring that consumers are satisfied with products or services by handling complaints and inquiries
  • Following up with customers by phone or email to check the level of satisfaction with their purchases
  • Letting customers know about additional products or services that might benefit them
  • Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a customer’s questions
  • Escalating concerns, when necessary
  • Troubleshooting common issues with products or services
  • Working with a team of ISRs and other departments to find appropriate solutions to problems
  • Provide Branch Support to Managers and ISRs companywide
  • Provide assistance to new acquisitions to help them learn policies, procedures, and parts lookups
  • Assist Ecommerce customers with product questions and availability
  • Assist customers with follow up questions on pending orders
  • Backup Order Processor for Website Orders

Requirements

  • Preferred Skills:
  • Computer knowledge of Microsoft products
  • Skills interacting with both emails and phone calls
  • 10 key and quick typer
  • Automotive Engine Parts Knowledge
  • Problem Solver and Solution Driven
  • Cheerful personality and eager to help mindset
  • Bilingual is a plus
