  • Must have at-least 10 years of experience in Dynamics CRM (Sales, Marketing, Field Services).
  • Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant with knowledge on Customizations and Configurations.
  • Should be able to analyze and validate fitment of a requirement with Dynamics.
  • Must have good knowledge on Dynamics 365 and best practices. Should be able to prepare functional documentation.
  • Must be able to work directly with the client and lead functional design discussions with business to bridge the gap between business and technology team.
