Responsibilities
Utilize office equipment such as computers, scanners, and telephones to handle data entry tasks.
Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word is preferred.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues to deliver excellent customer service.
Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Assist in other departments as needed, supporting a variety of tasks.
This role may require standing, walking, bending, or crouching during tasks.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Previous Experience In Data Entry Is Preferred.
Ability to type at least 45 words per minute with accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Capability to work independently and meet deadlines.
