Responsibilities:

As a designer on the Marketing Studio team at ***, you'll spearhead the research, development, and launch of digital campaigns and initiatives aimed at marketing and promoting *** and its products. Your primary focus will be ensuring that these campaigns maintain consistency with ***'s brand identity and messaging. Additionally, you'll play a pivotal role in designing materials for events to showcase the *** brand in offline settings effectively.

Collaboration will be at the heart of your role. Working closely with creative partners in copy, design, and production, you'll collaborate to develop and execute creative ideas grounded in business strategy and tailored to resonate with target audiences. This collaborative process includes conceptualizing and reliably executing a consistent brand style across projects, channels, and various touchpoints.

Furthermore, you'll take an active role in refining ideas, ensuring they remain focused, on-brief, and on-brand through self-editing and incorporating feedback from other team members and partners. Additionally, you'll contribute to building presentations for creative projects, concepts, and immersive experiences in collaboration with the team.

Qualifications:

3+ years of Design / Art Direction experience (agency or client-side)

Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience

A robust online portfolio demonstrating excellent design work across digital and event platforms

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Familiarity with Figma is a plus.

Proven track record of translating brand guidelines into visually compelling designs that effectively communicate key messages and resonate with target audiences.

Experience in brainstorming and collaborating with team members to develop creative solutions that align with brand objectives and maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.

A comprehensive understanding of digital design principles, including web banners, email marketing and other digital collateral to effectively engage with online audiences. Experience designing landing pages is a plus.

Proven experience in event design, including creating large-scale print graphics and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints

Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects concurrently, from conceptualization to execution, while adhering to deadlines and upholding high-quality standards.

Strong attention to detail and production skills as the role entails conceptualizing and executing campaigns from start to finish

Ability to execute quickly, manage various projects simultaneously, and prioritize tasks by considering urgency, dependencies, etc.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial, along with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Comfort using Google Docs, Sheets, Slides and project management software

Confidence in presenting to stakeholders at all levels

Ability to work independently with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Flexible, collaborative, accepting and managing feedback well
