Safely and efficiently operate equipment to prescribed instructions in PPG’s OLED kilo lab to complete various stages of chemical processing.
This will include heating and cooling reactors, operating pumps and vacuum pumps for chemical transfers, distillations, filtrations and drying
Follow batch sheet instructions to produce products
Document operations and results for kilo lab batches
Interface with process development chemists and technicans on a regular basis to advance product development
Associate or bachelors degree in a science (chemistry, biology, etc) related field required. 3+ years of experience in chemistry/manufacturing laboratory.
