Digital Marketing Operations Manager

As the Digital Marketing Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing our global marketing efforts through digital marketing expertise, technical skills, and operational acumen. You will manage the technical aspects of digital marketing campaigns, lead generation workflows, and data analytics. As the primary administrator of our marketing automation platform, you’ll ensure seamless integration with CRM systems and drive efficiency in all processes. The ideal candidate is skilled in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, lead management, customer segmentation, and is adept at building scalable, efficient processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Automation

• Manage the marketing automation platform, creating strategic roadmaps that align with overall marketing goals.
• Execute automation tasks, including creating landing pages, forms, surveys, and nurturing programs.
• Ensure seamless integration between the marketing automation platform, CRM, and other tools.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize landing pages, email campaigns, and other marketing assets.
• Oversee database segmentation, email deliverability, and ensure compliance with GDPR and CAN-SPAM regulations.
  
  

Digital Marketing Campaigns & Lead Generation

• Design and implement effective strategies to attract and convert leads via digital channels, including optimizing landing pages and utilizing lead capture forms.
• Develop automated email marketing campaigns and other lead nurturing tactics to improve conversion rates
• Manage digital ad campaigns, including PPC, display, and social media ads, maximizing ROI.
  
  

Performance Reporting & Analytics

• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to measure marketing performance.
• Monitor user analytics to drive strategies for improving customer engagement and conversions.
• Research and analyze trends to enhance digital marketing campaigns.
  
  

Customer Experience & Continuous Improvement

• Assess the end-to-end customer experience across digital channels, identifying areas for improvement.
• Manage the customer experience survey & case management process
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and integrate new tools to streamline efforts.
• Regularly optimize digital marketing processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
  
  

Job Requirements

Qualifications :

• 5-7+ years of experience in digital marketing and marketing operations
• Proven expertise with managing marketing tech stacks, including marketing automation platforms, CRM & CMS systems, and Google Analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content management.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative, with the ability to work effectively across various levels of the organization.
