Digital Marketing Operations Associate
Remote – Columbus, OH
6-month contract
Minimum Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in eCommerce, Digital, Operations, or Technology
Bachelor’s degree in Digital/Technology field, Marketing, Business, Operations, Communications preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Can-do, positive attitude
Motivated self-starter in a fast-paced environment
Ability to effectively juggle multiple responsibilities and quickly shift priorities
Strong track record for delivering high quality results; demonstrated critical eye for detail
Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with business and brand services partners
Outstanding communication, writing, and organization skills
Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS)
Experience working through complex challenges with cross-functional teams
Demonstrates initiative in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
Moderate customer product reviews and share escalated reviews with appropriate team.
Contribute to a new, reimagined moderation process and standards.
Facilitate the setup of promotions in ad network platform from build to QA and launch, supporting business campaigns
Conduct site, system, and process audits as assigned in support of Operational Excellence roadmap
Documentation of team processes and standards
Monitor customer friction in user experience software and surface insights
Champion operational excellence by establishing and upholding best practices, providing continuous hindsight and optimization recommendations.
Performs daily QA of the website including new product, category, and pricing/promotions prior to go-live
Performs various content updates and data uploads in CMS
Ad hoc projects as assigned
Demonstrate your curiosity and bias towards delighting the customer
Begin building relationships with internal partners and business stakeholders
Complete a guided onboarding process which includes:
Understand current state of the business
Meet with key stakeholders and partners
Learn vision, mission, and editorial principals
Learn digital operations’ processes and tools
Learn about product portfolio and the website DTC (direct-to-consumer) ecosystem
