The Digital SBA Sales Analyst for SBA Lending will be responsible for closing sales and building relationships with prospective clients identified through our digital sales channel. This role involves understanding client needs, presenting banking solutions, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong client facing background, excellent communication skills, proven results managing a digital sales channel and a deep understanding of SBA banking products and services.

What You'll Do
The Digital SBA Sales Analyst for SBA Lending will be responsible for closing sales and building relationships with prospective clients identified through our digital sales channel. This role involves understanding client needs, presenting banking solutions, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong client facing background, excellent communication skills, proven results managing a digital sales channel and a deep understanding of SBA banking products and services.
Digital Sales and Relationship Management
- Connect with prospects to discuss the specific needs of each client, highlighting the benefits and value propositions of our SBA banking solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Structure the right product offerings and deal structure for targeted SBA client strategy.
- Understand client needs and provide personalized recommendations.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Provide feedback to marketing and SEO to ensure effective channel management.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare regular sales reports, including pipeline updates and forecasts.
- Provide feedback to the sales management team on market trends and client feedback.
- Take lead to prepare required documents and financial information for Credit team.
- Work cross-functionally with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the product development team to provide customer feedback and suggestions for product enhancements.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new products and sales techniques.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the digital banking or fintech sector.
- Strong understanding of digital banking products and services.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Experience with virtual sales presentations and webinars.
- Knowledge of digital banking trends and technologies.
- Familiarity with social media and digital marketing strategies.
