Marketing Analyst

Job Description:


As the Senior Media & Marketing Performance Analyst, you will be at the forefront of driving analytic strategy, measurement planning, dashboard development, performance reporting, actionable analysis, and optimization recommendations for our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of media channels and full-funnel performance measurement. You will work closely with a cross-functional team including media planners, paid media platform specialists (e.g., paid search, paid social, programmatic display), organic social and influencer marketing specialists, SEO, and digital strategists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the analytic strategy and consultative end of the analytics process for clients.
  • Develop and implement robust measurement plans and KPIs for various campaigns.
  • Help create, maintain, and optimize dashboards using platforms such as Looker Studio, Domo, and Tableau.
  • Analyze performance data across multiple digital media channels and provide insightful, actionable recommendations.
  • Present performance results, trends, and recommendations to client marketing teams and executives in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all stakeholders understand campaign setup, objectives, and expected outcomes.
  • Transform data into impactful business insights, making strategic recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and achieve client objectives.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a client-facing analytical role within digital marketing, with the ability to work independently with clients.
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel performance measurement, including brand lift studies, media attribution, incrementality, foot traffic measurement, a/b testing, benchmarking, and forecasting.
  • Direct experience with various digital media types (paid search, paid social, programmatic, video/audio streaming) and their performance metrics.
  • Expertise in web analytics and website tracking platforms (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics).
  • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (Tableau, Looker Studio, PowerBI).
  • Familiarity with a/b and multivariate testing methodologies for websites, including creative testing and landing page optimization.
  • Exceptional storytelling skills, capable of translating complex data into compelling narratives and actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to understand and appreciate the aesthetic presentation of data, adhering to best practices and partner capabilities.
