As the Ambulatory Director of Practice Operations, you can use your strong leadership skills to facilitate the development, implementation, and execution of the operating plans, goals and objectives. Further responsibilities will include: development and ongoing operations of the Specialty Practices as well as to design and implement operational plans that optimize quality, patient safety, patient satisfaction, efficiency and financial performance.

Position: Ambulatory Director of Practice Operations - Surgical, Vascular, and Specialty Services

Shift: Monday-Friday Full-Time

Experience

  • Proven track record in physician practice management through a minimum of 10 years of management experience.
  • Expectation is that at least 5 years of practice management experience.
  • Clinical program development and new business and marketing experience required.

Education

  • BA/BS Degree in healthcare, business or related field required.
  • MBA/MHA strongly preferred.
