  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technology Director to join our CTO Office and lead our efforts in exploring and validating new technologies.

Role Overview:

  • As a Technology Director, you will be a pivotal leader within our organization, responsible for identifying, evaluating, and demonstrating emerging technologies to enterprise buyers.
  • With a strong background in a technology domain and the ability to quickly grasp new technologies, you will build customer-specific demos to showcase the potential of these technologies.
  • Given the transformative nature of generative AI, expect most of your focus will be on generative AI solutions and demos across platforms.
  • This is a ‘hands-on’ role allowing you to learn and build develop prototypes using the latest technology. You will also collaborate with account leadership to sell and deliver consulting services, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technology Exploration & Validation:
  • Identify and evaluate emerging technologies relevant to our client's needs.
  • Build and present customer-specific demos to demonstrate the capabilities and value of new technologies.
  • Collaborate with offshore teams to develop prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions.
  • Consulting Services Partnership:
  • Partner with account leadership to understand client requirements and propose suitable technology solutions.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities, including technology presentations and proposal development.
  • Lead the delivery of consulting services, ensuring high-quality and timely project execution.


Thought Leadership:

  • Spend 20% of your time identifying and tracking new trends in your domain.
  • Develop architectural and delivery guidance for internal and client use.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and methodologies within the CTO Office.
  • Client Engagement:
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic technology guidance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and enterprise buyers.
  • Advocate for the adoption of new technologies that drive business value.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in a technology domain, ideally full-stack software development and/or AI
  • Proven track record of quickly learning and applying new technologies.
  • Skills:
  • Strong technical expertise and ability to build and present technical demos.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Leadership:

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with offshore development teams.
  • Experience in consulting services, including pre-sales and delivery.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and technology trends.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
