About this role: As our Director of Finance, you will join our team to help achieve the Company’s growth and profitability objectives. The Director of Finance will develop and maintain complex financial analyses and effectively communicate insights and recommendations to business leads throughout the Company. Responsibilities are focused on strategic business planning, financial planning and analysis, and cross-functional partnership and leadership, to enable the sustainable, profitable scaling of a fast-growing business.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of the annual Operating Plan
• Develop and refine weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual models, forecasts, and reporting
• Build and maintain detailed financial models to support both short- and long-term strategic initiatives and priorities
• Generate financial analyses, reports, and presentations for executives
• Partner with leaders across the Company to develop and track budgets
• Develop KPIs to track key business metrics
• Lead cash flow and working capital management
• Communicate financial results to the Company, noting comparisons to Plan and prior period
• Partner with business leads to identity trends and increase efficiency
• Partner with the Accounting team to ensure accurate and timely data
• Review accounting trial balances and reports to ensure accuracy
• Build, document, and manage processes
• Provide support for Board of Director presentations, investor relations, and executive request
• Lead and assist with ad-hoc requests and special projects
  
  

Requirements:

• 10+ years Finance experience (FP&A + Investment Banking or Consulting experience)
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
• Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data and metrics, draw conclusions, and make business recommendations
• Keen attention to detail
• Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to deliver high quality, timely, and accurate work products
• Detailed knowledge of GAAP accounting and financial reporting
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and QuickBooks
• Proven ability to balance multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  
  

This full-time role is based at our NYC Headquarters in Soho. We currently operate under a hybrid model where you will be required to work in person 3 days during the week (Tues, Wed, Thurs).

The compensation salary range for this role is $170,000 - $180,000 annually.
