    Avolta at the ACI Customer Experience Summit in Atlanta! This week, our Chief Public Affairs & ESG Officer Camillo Rossotto participated in a panel at the ACI Customer Experience Summit in Atlanta, discussing how the travel ecosystem - spanning airlines, retailers, F&B providers, and more - must work together to create seamless and memorable travel experiences. Highlighting Avolta’s approach to customer experience, he emphasized flexibility, entertainment and unique, hybrid offerings that blend travel retail with food & beverage to enhance every traveler’s journey. The panel covered key topics including the importance of collaboration between stakeholders, adapting to different traveler profiles (such as families or passengers with reduced mobility), and how major global events like the Olympics or Formula 1 can reshape the traveler experience.     Hispanic Heritage Month is here, running from September 15 to October 15! It’s a time to honor the vibrant cultures, histories, and contributions of Hispanic communities across the United States. This month kicks off on September 15 to honor the independence anniversaries of Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Nicaragua, followed closely by Mexico on September 16 and Chile on September 18. Since its creation in 1968 as Hispanic Heritage Week to its expansion 20 years later into a month-long celebration, Hispanic Heritage Month recognizes and honors the many ways these communities have shaped U.S. culture, history, and progress.   To help us reflect on this rich heritage, we’ve curated a special book list featuring diverse voices and stories both in stores and online.     As part of Pittsburgh International Airport's (PIT) Terminal Modernization Program — which includes a new landside terminal and renovations to its existing airside terminal — Hudson will open six new retail stores across 8,000 sq. ft. The new offerings will include three locations of our popular travel convenience store, Hudson; global cosmetics brand MꞏAꞏC; and two specialty retail shops that evoke the essence of Pittsburgh by paying homage to the city’s famed sports teams and talent and creativity of local artisans. “Pittsburgh International Airport is evolving to meet the ever-growing needs of travelers and the surrounding region, and we are thrilled to be part of the transformation," said Steven Johnson, President and CEO, North America, Avolta. "The new PIT is a world-class airport worthy of the great city it represents.
