Director, Global Brand Experience

We’re looking for a Director, Global Brand Experience to join Snap Inc! As a member of the Global Brand Experience team, you will oversee the planning and execution of experiential activations as well as bringing the Snap brand to life in various executions. You’ll collaborate with a wide-array of internal teams as well as external vendors and partners to produce events, projects and experiences.

Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):
The base salary range for this position is $244,000-$366,000 annually.
Zone B:
The base salary range for this position is $232,000-$348,000 annually.
Zone C:
The base salary range for this position is $208,000-$311,000 annually.
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
We’re looking for a Director, Global Brand Experience to join Snap Inc! What you’ll do:
- As a part of the GBX leadership team, collaborate on yearly business strategy and execution plans
- Work with the team to conceptualize and implement Snap’s signature brand experiences and the company’s presence at industry-wide events
- Lead a team of experiential and technical experts to design and execute activations
- Find opportunities for Snap’s brand to come to life in partnership with consumers, brands, and partners
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Creative & Marketing, Communications, Sales, Partnerships, and Creative Strategy to implement and measure strategies
- Coordinate and operationalize complex projects
- Implement scalable programs and best practices across diverse teams to enhance and improve our collaboration
- Deliver against advertiser and revenue growth targets
- Communicate to executive team and the broader company
- Experience building executive relationships and driving/influencing change
- Passion for creativity, innovation and thinking outside the box
- Detail oriented, hands on active leadership
- Outstanding project management, execution and business acumen
- Ability to influence and motivate people at all levels across a variety of responsibilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build strategy documents and presentation decks
- Experience in strategic planning, building out processes, and managing ambiguity
- 13+ years relevant experience
- 3+ years relevant manager experience
- BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
- Experience in the creative, tech or media industries
