The Mission of the Role:
The mission for this role is to lead portfolio diversification efforts through the creation of new brands. Under the leadership of the Director, Marketing, Incubation Brands, this team navigates strategy, planning, and execution for all brands that live outside of our existing innovation workstreams and boosts customer awareness (mental availability) through various channels including sampling, trade marketing, advertising, and owned premise operations.

The Mission of the Role:
The mission for this role is to lead portfolio diversification efforts through the creation of new brands. Job Responsibilities:
- Create and manage a new team; hiring and developing the best talent
- Lead the new product innovation, development, packaging, and promotional activities, focusing on categories outside of cider
- Develop an annual brand plan in partnership with our marketing and sales teams to boost customer awareness (mental availability) through various channels including sampling, trade marketing, advertising, and owned premise operations
- Collect and analyze appropriate data to ensure a consumer centric planning process
- 3 years as a manager of people
- 5+ years marketing or strategy experience showing role growth over time (strategy experience can be in consulting)
