As of today, Ana Maria Dominguez will be part of the Lindt & Sprüngli Group Management. With her experienced #leadership and #passion, she will be a valuable addition to the current management team. Ana brings more than 30 years of experience from multinational #FMCG companies in South and North America including several CEO positions in the US and Canada. She joined the Lindt & Sprüngli Group in 2019 as CEO of the Canadian subsidiary and in 2022, she was appointed CEO of Lindt & Sprüngli USA, leading the subsidiary in the world’s largest chocolate market. In celebration of Asian American and Pacific Islander History Month, our Culture and Heritage Employee Resource Group was inspired by the Japanese legend of folding 1,000 paper cranes. Our team at Lindt has embraced this tradition, known as "Senbazuru," which holds that anyone who folds a thousand origami cranes will be granted a wish by the gods. Our ERG members are well on their way to creating 1,000 cranes, symbolizing our commitment to perseverance, mindfulness, and hope. As we work towards completing the cranes, we are inspired to channel this energy into new projects and initiatives.
