We are seeking a highly technical Director of Analytics to revolutionize our marketing and growth strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of data architecture, statistical analysis, and marketing principles to ensure our strategies are data-driven and effective. The ideal candidate is adept at thinking strategically and not afraid to roll up their sleeves. They will have excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and an interest in leading a small but high-performing team of data scientists.

What You’ll Be Doing:


  • Design, develop, and implement scalable martech solutions that support D2C growth strategies and initiatives.
  • Utilize advanced statistical techniques and machine learning models to analyze marketing performance and predict future trends.
  • Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to provide actionable insights to marketing stakeholders.
  • Lead the evaluation and implementation of marketing technology and analytics tools and technologies. Examples include MMP, Media Mix Modeling, CDP, tag/pixel management, conversion rate optimization, and others related to forecasting, spend, and measurement
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experimental designs to optimize marketing campaigns
  • Lead a dedicated team of data scientists in executing the initiatives outlined above, ensuring high-quality analytical support and innovative approaches to problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and data science teams to integrate data from various sources and ensure data integrity.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in marketing analytics.


What We’re Looking For:


  • Proven experience (6+ years) in marketing analytics, data architecture, or a related role.
  • Previous experience in people management is preferred, but staff-level candidates with strong experience in martech analytics and an interest in people management will also be considered.
  • Strong understanding and proven success in the utilization of MMP, Media Mix Modeling, and conversion rate optimization
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to executives and non-technical audiences more generally.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages used for data analysis.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Braze).
  • Experience with data visualization tools and A/B testing tools such as Looker and Optimizely
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels and metrics, including SEO, PPC, Paid Social, social media, and email marketing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Databricks).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

Base Salary


  • The US base salary range for this full-time position is $196,000 - $294,000
    • Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting is based on Noom’s estimate as of the date of publication and reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position across all US locations. The actual placement of the candidate within the range is based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience, assessment of functional skills and behavioral competencies, scope, and location. This range is not inclusive of any discretionary bonus or equity package.
