Brand new opportunity for a Brand Marketing Director to join a worldwide leader in online games! This position requires someone with 10 years+ in Brand Management, Traditional & Digital Marketing and a wealth of experience in leading high performing Marketing Teams! This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the growth of a leading studio.

We have a number of award-winning titles under our belt and are now on the lookout for a Brand Marketing Director to bring our titles on both console and PC to market. We need someone with a wealth of experience in Leadership, Product Marketing, Brand Development, Performance & P&L Management, Team Development to oversee the marketing team and all product marketing efforts.



WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?..



Joining as our Brand Marketing Director, you will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies to bring our portfolio of games to market. You will lead the marketing team and collaborate across internal teams including Product, Creative Services, Community, and PR—as well as external partners to drive brand growth and awareness. We need someone with 10 years+ experience to be our brand marketing expert, skilled in crafting compelling narratives, positioning products effectively, and inspiring our consumers. This is an opportunity to shape the future of our games through insightful leadership and forward-thinking strategies. As the Brand Marketing Director, you will be responsible for leading all marketing strategies and driving all product marketing initiatives, including branding, advertising, paid media, social media, and influencer marketing for our diverse portfolio of games. You will review and approve go-to-market strategies to ensure alignment with product launches, content updates, and promotional campaigns as well as developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies, from concept through execution, encompassing brand identity, target audience segmentation, competitive market analysis, and product positioning. You will ensure that consumer messaging and creative positioning remain consistent and on-brand across the entire portfolio. As well as this, you will also be accountable for analysing and optimising marketing activities using advanced tools, measuring the financial impact of campaigns, and ensuring that all marketing efforts align with strategic and financial objectives. As the budget owner, you will manage and track all spending, ensuring alignment with the P&L. This position is crucial in fostering a culture of innovation by encouraging the team to apply best practices and think creatively, drawing inspiration within the gaming industry and is responsible for mentoring and developing the brand marketing team, ensuring their growth and success, including managing brand marketing managers, creatives and more.



WE NEED YOU TO HAVE…



  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, brand and marketing-related fields
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in brand management and traditional/digital marketing
  • Must have 8+ years managing direct reports
  • Experienced as P&L owner and ability to allocate and track marketing budgets to total spend
  • Experience with working with licensed and original intellectual properties
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work cross-functionally with internal and external partners
  • Enthusiasm and positive team work ethic is a must
  • Microsoft Office Windows / Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); CRM / Email; PowerPoint; Adobe Photoshop skills required.
