Positions Summary:

GOLFTEC is looking for an experienced marketer to oversee strategic planning, development, coordination and execution of all marketing and communication programs for the SkyTrak Brand. In this role, you will be a main point of contact with our agencies as well as lead and coordinate our Go-To-Market plans globally. This role will be responsible for our overall look and feel and developing impactful content plans to help drive the business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all day-to-day aspects of our Go-To-Market planning
  • Responsible for briefing, socializing and implementing execution of Omni Channel campaigns via our internal resources and agency partners as needed
  • Strategic development of paid media planning working with internal resources as well as our media buying agency
  • Manage key partnerships, sponsorships and brand ambassador roster. Identify and cultivate strategic relationships to grow brand awareness, affinity and sales
  • Lead all public relations activity, including strategic planning and outreach
  • Develop, implement, and manage an influencer strategy
  • Coordinate with our Product and R&D/Tech teams on branding of all products, packaging and software
  • Manage the brand image and ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all marketing touchpoints
  • Provide strong leadership and guidance to the sales and marketing teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment
  • Collaborate with International and domestic distributors and retail partners to ensure consistency of brand communications, as well as directing assets to key partners in a timely manner
  • Manage overall marketing budget working with Marketing leadership and finance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing management and campaign development
  • Experience with Shopify, HubSpot and various others. MarTech is a plus
  • String experience in growing and managing social channels for a fast growing brand
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive business decisions
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices and strategies
  • Strong understanding of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with website design and development principles
  • Passion for ecommerce and a strong customer focus
