(Senior) Director of Business Development- Mid-sized CRO- Fully Remote
A long standing client of ours and mid-sized CRO is currently looking to add a new director of business develeopment to their sales team to win and manage global accounts. In this position, you will have responsibility of the full sales cycle, from perspecting to closing, selling full CRO services to pharmaceutical and biotech companies.
What you'll need to be successful:
5+ years experience selling full service CRO
Bachelor's in a scientific discipline
Be based out of the EST time zone, in either the US or Canada
Understanding of the global market, including EMEA
What you get in return:
Up to $200,000 in base salary
Bonus, commission and benefits- OTE 400k
Fully Remote role
