The Director of Change Enablement supports change management and business readiness proficiency as a member of the Image Guided Therapy Devices (IGT-D) business. This position develops and implements the organizational change management strategies used to support the transformation and integration efforts of the business while assuring the capabilities deployed are embraced and adopted in a sustainable manner.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position is $133,000 to $228,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Director of Change Enablement
The Director of Change Enablement supports change management and business readiness proficiency as a member of the Image Guided Therapy Devices (IGT-D) business. This position develops and implements the organizational change management strategies used to support the transformation and integration efforts of the business while assuring the capabilities deployed are embraced and adopted in a sustainable manner.
Your role:
- Lead the development and execution of the change management and communication strategy for IGT-D transformation and integration roadmap. Define & execute people-centered change strategies, making impact by driving adoption of new ways of working.
- Collaborate effectively with IGT internal and external stakeholders to identify needs, set & execute change strategies and drive impact in alignment with the IGT-D roadmap & priorities. Enable senior leaders and stakeholders by partnership in defining and executing change strategies and plans, coaching on change leadership capability, and actively leveraging and applying Philips change methodologies.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of applied change solutions, and implement improvements and playbook for future success. Actively contribute to knowledge sharing and collaboration within Philips Change Community of Practice and Global Deployment teams.
- Lead a group of change managers across the integration program globally to align strategy, execution, and communication across the organization.
- Local and international travel expected in the role monthly.
- You’ve acquired 10+ years of experience working in change management and/or transformation programs in the consumer, healthcare, high-tech, medical device, or another highly regulated industry.
- Your skills include:
- Deep experience in applying change management methodologies & tools.
- Experience leading change for complex and large-scale business change initiatives.
- Experience guiding culture and behavioral change.
- A proven track record in business development/mergers & acquisitions, integration/program management, or management consulting.
- Experience developing and delivering executive-level messaging and presentations.
- Success in recruiting, mentoring, and developing a team.
- You have a certification in at least one change methodology (CCMP, Prosci, etc.)—highly preferred.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
- You have strong written & verbal communication skills to articulate sophisticated problems in a simplified way to capture and communicate complex technical and business challenges clearly. You are a strong relationship builder, influencer, and have negotiation proficiencies within all levels of an organization, and with external players and financial partners.
