Key Responsibilities:

• Cloud Strategy Leader:
• Define and implement a comprehensive cloud infrastructure strategy that aligns with our company's goals. You'll create a roadmap that ensures our cloud infrastructure is secure, scalable, and optimized for performance and cost-efficiency
• Team Leadership and Development:
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of cloud engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. You'll ensure that your team has the tools, skills, and support they need to deliver robust cloud solutions
• Infrastructure Design and Implementation:
• Oversee the design, deployment, and management of cloud infrastructure, ensuring that it is resilient, secure, and able to handle current and future workloads. You'll work with various cloud providers (such as AWS, Azure, GCP) to build and maintain the infrastructure that powers our applications
• Cost Management and Optimization:
• Manage cloud infrastructure costs, ensuring that we're getting the most value for our investment. You'll implement strategies to optimize cloud spending, reduce waste, and improve efficiency

Requirements

Required Skills:

• Cloud Expertise: Extensive experience in cloud infrastructure management, including deep knowledge of cloud providers like AWS, Azure, and GCP. You're proficient in designing, deploying, and managing scalable cloud environments
• Leadership Excellence: Proven experience leading and mentoring cloud engineering teams, with a track record of delivering secure, reliable, and cost-effective cloud solutions. You're the kind of leader who can inspire and guide a team to achieve their best work

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent experience with a proven track record in cloud infrastructure leadership is also valued

Experience Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in IT or cloud infrastructure, with at least 5 years in a leadership role such as Cloud Infrastructure Manager, Lead Cloud Engineer, or similar. You've successfully led teams that have built and managed scalable cloud environments
• Proven experience in designing and deploying cloud architectures that support high-availability, disaster recovery, and scalability in fast-paced environments
