Director of Customer Experience

Our client is a rapidly growing leader in the Machinery manufacturing industry! With their continuous expansion and Growth, they are expanding a new segment of Leadership within their organization to bring on a Director of Customer Experience that will lay the program foundation of service and experience within their customer base!

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary + Bonus
• Year 1 Cash Earnings ($160k+)
• Reporting directly to the CRO
• Freedom to implement and lead the Customer Experience function

Requirements & Skills:

• 5-10 years of industry experience (Industrial, Mechanical, Packaging, or Parts)
• 3-5+ years of management experience (Director-Level experience required)
• A Business or Sales Engineer background is a large value-add
• Sales Operations experience will be considered but must include Technical expertise
