We participated in Y Combinator in summer 2012, and since then have raised $33 million. This year, we're doubling the team in size, and we're looking forward to supporting more great companies like Netflix, Eventbrite, and Shopify.

You’ve spent several years building and scaling people programs and helping teams grow sustainably, intentionally, and thoughtfully. You’ve completed several listening tours and learned from what has worked and what hasn’t. And better yet, you’ve implemented changes and built stronger programs as a result.
We’ve built several programs to date, and have launched benefits and resources. However, we’re looking for someone who can take Lever’s foundational people programs and help us develop leadership programs, employee resource programs, and other development resources to help usher employees through the next phases in their career.

Responsibilities
- Oversee our customer service team
- Manage and train Customer Associates
- Set reasonable customer satisfaction goals and work with the team to meet them on a consistent basis
- Interact with customers on a daily basis, responding to their questions and guiding them to the appropriate service
- On-board new employees and train them based on your expertise and skill set
- Create and implement an effective customer loyalty program
