Director of Demand Generation

If you have a strong Demand Gen background with HubSpot experience, you would be a great fit for some of the roles we are currently working on in the Boston area!

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement B2B customer acquisition strategies to improve and increase customer lead volume and quality, lead conversion (through the sales process), and, ultimately, improve customer LTV across defined customer segments.
• Oversee day-to-day management of the Hubspot platform; Implement and continually refine a customer scoring model to optimize sales resources and time management.
• Work with other marketing team members to ensure digital content follows all brand guidelines and drives a strong luxury brand experience.
• Collaborate with other marketing team members and sales team members to execute high-impact demand-generation campaigns across multiple channels.
• Report out on metrics and results on a regular basis.

Salaries for these types of roles are currently ranging from $130,000 - $150,000.
