Director of Financial Reporting

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of financial reporting
• Prepare and file SEC reports, including 10-K and 10-Q filings
• Develop and present detailed financial reports and presentations for executives and board meetings
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards
• Utilize Workiva for financial reporting processes
• Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary financial data and insights

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Extensive experience in financial reporting, particularly within the SEC framework
• Proven track record with 10-K and 10-Q filings (MUST HAVE)
• Exceptional ability to prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to executive leadership and board members
• Strong understanding and practical knowledge of Workiva
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
