Extraordinary Brands, a fitness franchise platform company, is seeking a Director of Franchise Operations. Under the direction of the President, works closely with assigned franchise owners to educate them on the Extraordinary Brand’s Operations Systems, implement processes and procedures, improve profit margins, maximize revenue growth, and gain market share. The Director of Franchise Operations is responsible for the successful “orientation” and transition of new franchise owners into the Extraordinary Brands network of franchise concepts. Acts as primary liaison between Franchise Owners and the Extraordinary Brand’s Support Center personnel. Provides resource consultation in the studio and business operations with the goal of enhancing communication and utilization of the Extraordinary Brand’s systems, tools, and programs to support the franchise owner’s development of their business

Supports and leads franchisees through pre-opening and opening activities.
operating performance and brand quality execution of assigned franchise owners. Conduct regularly scheduled meetings with the President to discuss franchise owner performance, support execution, and other concerns/priorities.
market share by maintaining relationships between the Company and the franchise owners, ensuring they operate efficiently to maximize their investment, and ensuring effective reinvestment in marketing to grow the business.
and maintain the necessary franchise support systems, including New Franchise Owner Training and New Owner Start-up Documentation, to ensure effective two-way communication and engagement with franchise owners, provide effective support, and drive performance.
the franchise owners with the creation of meaningful annual business plans. Provide coaching and assist the franchise owners in their efforts to achieve their goals by identifying areas of opportunity and creating action items for execution.
franchise owners are fully leveraging offerings in business fundamentals, best practices, training and development, marketing, and operations, with heavy emphasis on business planning and engagement.
provide coaching and feedback to franchise owners in the following areas: setting goals, completing monthly financials, managing activities, and monitoring results. Conduct regular performance evaluations. Proactively communicate 30, 60- and 90-day outlook for best performance.
specific education/training needs, and connect franchise owners with appropriate resources to provide education/training through the use of on-site training
brand standards by conducting onsite compliance visits. Ensure franchise compliance with the franchise agreement.
strong business relationships with the franchise owners and their management teams.
positive interaction between Support Center team members and new franchise owners.
to approve and aid in Franchise Development, discussing new franchise candidates as assigned.
leadership and guidance as a Director within and across department lines.
other duties as assigned.
and predictable on-site attendance is required for access to pertinent systems and data and interaction with business partners, franchise owners, vendors, managers, and other personnel.
EDUCATION & ADDITIONAL CERTIFICATIONS
Applicants with at least a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, and business administration with an emphasis in accounting. Licensed CPA or M.S. Accounting strongly preferred.
