The Director of Franchise Sales will be responsible for driving the growth of Snap Fitness in USA and Canada by leading and executing strategies to attract and secure new franchisees. This role will also be responsible for selling additional territory licenses to existing Snap Fitness franchise owners. The ideal candidate will be highly self-motivated and possess exceptional interpersonal skills. 


ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

  • Manage the end-to-end franchise sales process, from initial inquiry to final agreement.
  • Conduct calls, presentations, and meetings with potential franchisees to articulate the value proposition of Snap Fitness and the brand’s vision for growth.
  • Establish strong relationships with potential franchisees, providing support and building excitement throughout the decision-making process.
  • Track and report on key sales metrics. Analyze lead and sales data to inform and refine strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and franchise administration, to support franchise sales efforts.
  • Represent Snap Fitness at sales and franchise events.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to franchise sales.


COMPETENCY: Knowledge, skills and abilities

  • Knowledge of the fitness and franchising industries strongly preferred.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships over the course of the sales process.


EDUCATION:

B.A. in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field and/or 7-10 years of experience in franchise sales or related roles. Preference given to candidates with experience in the fitness industry.
