Director of Operations

GRN Lincoln Square is conducting a search for a Director of Operations/Expansion for an established multi-state ABA Therapy/Autism Services organization. The company is on a mission to provide compassionate and high-quality care to pediatric populations. The role is based Bergen County/Tri-state NY area and is on-site. Local candidates only. Significant travel to specific State market will be required.

Role

The Director of Operations/Expansion will spearhead efforts to expand the geographical reach of ABA services in a new State (TBD). This is a very entrepreneurial role and will require a someone with a dynamic vision and high EQ. Successful Directors of Operations take initiative and thrive on building teams/processes/client base to grow a footprint/presence in a new area. This person will have the autonomy to shape strategies and implement systems that propel growth while also having the backing and support of corporate resources to ensure success.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic plan for footprint/expansion within a state market.
• Create/implement policies for respective state.
• Oversee client development, onboarding, scheduling.
• Oversee maintenance of CRM.
• Oversee Utilization Management, working with Payers to authorize services.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team to ensure talented hires. Attend job fairs, post/share jobs locally.
• Develop marketing initiatives to build brand awareness for clients and candidates.
• Collaborate with management team and internal resources to properly resource business and ensure success.

Qualifications

• Multi-site Operations management experience (healthcare services, retail, real estate, etc.)
• Healthcare services experience ideal, but not required (vision, dental, urgent care, etc.)
• Experience autonomously building something successful from scratch
• Successful track record of leading and managing a team for a minimum of 2 years
• High EQ – a connector and natural leader
• Entrepreneurial mindset – broad skill set, willing to learn, problem solve
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stake holders and resources
