This is your opportunity to build and lead world-class teams to deliver an exceptional service experience in our pursuit to be the best-loved operator of one-of-a-kind luxury hotels, resorts, and residences in the world. Inspire and motivate others to levels of exceptional performance to ensure our guests become raving fans and our teams love working here. Reporting to the GM, this is a senior member of our Executive Team and has accountability for all operating departments. - Oversee and maintain all operational departments to ensure performance at the highest level of guest satisfaction and service excellence
- Serves as a strategic partner and adviser across departments, providing input and leadership in setting goals, executing our vision, and enacting changes that will better the business.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills (people like and respect you), and you make an effort to connect to all stakeholders, establishing and strengthening meaningful connections
- A thoughtful operator with an ability to manage both short and long-term financial objectives, adding value and managing outcomes through a balanced lens
- Maintain and champion the Auberge Resorts Collection Culture on property.
- Maintain knowledge of market trends, property systems, and standards.

Qualifications
- Five or more years’ operating experience in a similar capacity within a luxury hotel
- Preferably with both Rooms and Food & Beverage experience
- Strong aptitude in financial management, financial reports and analysis.
- Demonstrated track record of strong attention to detail and strong communication skills.
