The Role


SimplePractice is seeking a talented, highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Partnerships Marketing team as the Director of Partner Marketing. As the Director of Partner Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic B2B and Clinical Association partnerships and managing our affiliate marketing program. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships that drive new account growth and enhance our brand presence. This is a senior leadership role, reporting directly to the VP of Growth Marketing, and requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in partnership and affiliate marketing.


Responsibilities


  • Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive B2B and Clinical Association partnership and affiliate marketing strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.
  • Partnership Management: Identify and establish strategic B2B partnerships. Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Affiliate Program Management: Oversee the affiliate marketing program, including recruitment, relationship management, and performance optimization of affiliate partners.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including website, product, and customer success to ensure partnership initiatives are integrated and aligned with overall business goals.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of partnership and affiliate programs, using data-driven insights to optimize and improve results.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for partnership and affiliate marketing initiatives.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to ensure our partnership and affiliate marketing strategies remain innovative and effective.


Desired Skills & Experience


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in partnership marketing, business development, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and managing B2B partnerships and affiliate marketing programs.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate strategies into actionable plans.
  • Proficient in data analysis and performance measurement tools.
  • Experience in budget management and financial analysis.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions.


Base Compensation Range


$180,000 - $200,000 annually


Base salary is one component of total compensation. Employees may also be eligible for an annual bonus or commission. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.


The above represents the expected base compensation range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we’ll consider many factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors.
