Director of Project Management - Luxury Residential

We are looking for an experienced Director level Project Manager to come lead out our thriving team!

Position Overview

The Director of Project Management will oversee and lead all project management activities for multiple luxury residential construction projects. This role requires a highly skilled and experienced individual who can effectively manage multiple projects, lead a team of project managers, and ensure the successful completion of all projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project management strategies and processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead and manage a team of project managers, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, construction, and sales, to ensure alignment and coordination of project activities.
• Monitor project timelines, budget, and quality, proactively identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may impact project success.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates, addressing any concerns, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
• Participate in the selection, negotiation, and management of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to luxury residential construction.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15+ years of experience in project management, with at least 10+ years in a leadership role.
• 10+ years of experience in Residential/Multi-Family Construction
• 10+ years of experience with Procore
• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team to achieve project goals and objectives.
• Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
