The Director of Project Management, GCS role will provide support, oversight and direction to our capital project management efforts. The role is responsible for strategically guiding capital decisions in efforts to maintain our growing portfolio and supporting the acquisitions of new properties. The role will report to the Vice President of Construction and Facilities, and will provide routine updates, reports and briefings on departmental progress. This position plays an integral role in driving the organization's operational planned initiatives to ensure company targets are met.
