SALARY: 151,200-$179,550, bonus and long-term incentive eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:
The Director of Revenue Beyond Beer plays an integral role within our Retail and Field Sales department by being the point of contact Revenue related requests on the Beyond Beer Portfolio. This position will collaboratively build our Revenue Strategy for the Beyond Beer Portfolio with the Beyond Beer Strategy team and cascade this information out to the regional teams to implement in the market place. This position will track against the strategies we are setting forth in the market place ensuring we are achieving the Price to Consumer we are recommending. The Director of Revenue Beyond Beer will work closely with Beyond Beer Sales team, the Cutwater team, the Regional Revenue teams and Channel Revenue teams to ensure the strategies are easy to comprehend and concrete for the field. It is a highly visible position, working closely with senior leaders of the organization and various cross-functional work groups on a National Level.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create clear Pricing Guidelines for the Beyond Beer Portfolio
- Identify price index strategies and internal and external benchmarking of pricing recommendations
- Review Price Change Requests on Beyond Beer Portfolio brands
- Build Standardized Reporting of Pricing and Revenue trackers in the market to ensure strategies and recommendations are on track
- Identifies and cascades best practices between regions
- Conducts training as required with region teams and management on utilization of tools to monitor performance on key initiatives
- Work Cross Functionally across RMSI Team, Beyond Beer Team, and Regional Sales Team
- Undergraduate degree with a preference to Economics, Business, Finance or Engineering.
- Ability to create a storyline that motivates others
- Ability to work in an environment of tight deadlines, and to consistently challenge and be challenged on performance results
- Ability to connect disparate commercial performance targets and understand their potential interaction
- Very high level of attention to detail
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint Skills
