Role Overview:
The Director of Salesforce Solution Architecture is a strategic role responsible for leading the design and implementation of sophisticated, scalable Salesforce solutions. This role is crucial in driving our growth and innovation within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: $150,000+ Bonus (Up to $250,000 including Bonus)

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Architecture:
Design Leadership: Lead design and architecture discussions with clients and internal teams
End-to-End Solutions: Develop Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud) to address complex business challenges
Documentation: Document solution architectures, designs, and implementation plans
Customization: Customize and configure solutions to meet client requirements
Consulting Expertise: Provide hands-on consulting in Salesforce technologies
Quality Assurance: Conduct design and code reviews
Client Interaction: Lead requirement gathering sessions and translate needs into project plans
People Management:
Team Leadership: Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with team members
Training Programs: Create and implement training programs to upskill junior and senior staff
Mentorship: Provide personalized mentorship to foster growth and development
Professional Development: Support team members' career aspirations
Stakeholder Communication: Improve stakeholder communication by emulating effective styles observed from leadership
Performance Management: Foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
Client and Stakeholder Management:
Relationship Management: Manage client relationships and expectations
Scope Definition: Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria
SOW Creation: Create Statements of Work (SOWs) with project deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements
Project Communication: Communicate project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
10 years of professional services/customer service delivery experience
5 years of Salesforce implementation experience in client-facing roles
5 years of team leadership experience
Proven ability to manage and develop top talent
Deep knowledge of Salesforce technologies
Excellent communication and motivational skills
Experience managing remote teams
