All of our growth has been organic, and we're growing the team to meet the demand.

🌟 Director of Sales
We are looking for a Director of Sales to help us build and scale our mid-market sales motion.
🛠 Responsibilities
- Develop, build, and implement a comprehensive mid-market sales motion.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team that can serve mid-market and enterprise customers.
- Establish sales processes, out-bounding strategies, quota goals, metrics, and reporting systems to track performance and drive growth.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine offerings and go-to-market strategies.
- 7+ years of sales leadership experience at B2B SaaS companies. Proven track record of successfully selling to the mid-market and enterprise segments.
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale mid market teams in a startup environment with success developing 0 to 1 sales strategies.
- Both a strategic thinker and strong executor. You've built and driven forward GTM strategies and plans that resulted in achieving your team's and the company's targets.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, CRM systems, sales process improvement, market penetration, and sales analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
