We are looking for a Director of Performance Analytics to make an impact on our Digital Marketing team. This position is available as a hybrid role in one of our offices in NYC, Hackensack NJ, Washington DC, San Francisco and London UK or remote across the US and Canada.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive analytics strategy aligned with business objectives and client goals.
  • Collaborate with integrated teams (creative, performance marketing, PR, martech) to define and establish an outcome-driven measurement framework, including KPIs and success metrics, and ensure proper tagging and tracking to embed analytics into campaign management and execution.
  • Develop and deliver tailored reports that translate complex data into clear and actionable insights that drive business decisions and client success.
  • Continually monitor, analyze, and optimize the performance of marketing campaigns based on client goals to drive ROI.
  • Oversee the integration of data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with governance policies.
  • Identify and implement tools and technologies for data collection, analysis, and visualization, continually optimizing tech stack to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Encourage a culture of experimentation and spearheading A/B testing, multivariate testing and other methodologies to optimize continuously.
  • Keep abreast of the latest developments in analytics, data science and marketing technology, incorporating emerging trends and best practices into the agency's capabilities
  • Provide ongoing training and support to internal teams to embed performance analytics into every aspect of our marketing strategies.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing analytics in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Proven experience building and leading an analytics function.
  • Deep understanding of data management, data governance, and analytics tools.
  • Experience in integrating data from multiple sources and developing comprehensive measurement frameworks.
  • Previous experience measuring and analyzing performance across channels, including earned media, paid media, SEO, email marketing, ABM, and social media.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to translate complex data into action for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging a variety of attribution models.
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement in analytics practice.
