The Role:
As the Director of Product Marketing and Lifecycle Marketing at Accomplishr, you will be responsible for defining and driving our product marketing strategy, ensuring a cohesive approach to engaging and retaining users throughout their lifecycle. You will:
- Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive product adoption, engagement, and retention
- Lead the development of go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including positioning, messaging, and competitive analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer success, to align marketing efforts with business objectives
- Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content, including product collateral, case studies, whitepapers, and webinars
- Design and implement lifecycle marketing campaigns to enhance user engagement and loyalty, including onboarding, retention, and win-back programs
- Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance
- Identify and evaluate new marketing tools and technologies to enhance our marketing capabilities and improve customer experience
- Manage and mentor a team of product marketers, providing direction, support, and development opportunities to ensure team success
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in product marketing roles, with at least 5 years of experience leading marketing teams
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing, SaaS products, and lifecycle marketing strategies
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies and marketing campaigns that drive user engagement and retention
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling product narratives
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo)
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and developing team members
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and drive results
