P.J. Salvage is a highly coveted brand in the fashion industry, famous for the world’s softest sleep and loungewear. Our purpose is to deliver happiness, comfort and style through innovative designs and fabrics, allowing our customers to fully embrace comfy moments with joy and individuality.

This is a dynamic, creative position of equal parts daily execution & big-picture strategy. We are looking for an energetic, inspired human who will join us in our brand “glow up”. Candidate will be an integral part of our storytelling across all landscapes. This person has a growth-mindset, is well-organized and has impeccable taste. This position reports directly to the VP of Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead all photo & video shoots to execute creative direction while capturing global brand asset needs.
• Ownership of asset management, systems & efficiencies for global delivery.
• Work closely w/ marketing & merchandising teams on calendar alignment.
• Work with photographers & outside partners to ensure image deadlines are met.
• Oversee talent, castings and booking, model contracts & budgets.
• Be responsible for photography budget & all related expenses.
• Direct shoots to ensure stylist and photographer capture brand styling and relay accurate garment details.
• Create shot lists and track image needs throughout shoots.
• Work with cross-functional teams ensuring product changes & updates are captured.
• Responsible for off-model photography, ie; flat lays & fabric details.
• Work closely with Marketing & Design teams on seasonal campaigns.
• Work closely with VP of Marketing & President on lifestyle campaigns.
  
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Candidate must have at least 4-6 years of photoshoot management experience.
• Proven track record of success in an art-photography-creative leadership role.
• In depth knowledge of lighting, staging/set layout & talent sourcing.
• Strong creative vision and ability to translate the P.J. Salvage brand.
• Outstanding presentation skills with the confidence to move an organization in an evolved direction.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of garment language, fabrication, and fit standards.
  
  

Schedule

4 days a week in the office, 1 day work from home.

CALIFORNIA PAY RATE: $100k-$110K
