Document Control Specialist

As a Document Control Specialist, you'll be responsible for developing document systems for commercial projects. This position gives you a chance to utilize your skills and passion to help shape the future of sustainable energy.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implementation of document control procedures
• Manage the distribution and tracking of project documentation
• Perform project document control activities
• Ensure all documents are accurately stored and accessible
• Maintain comprehensive document control systems
• Regularly review and update document control processes

Experience Required:

• 5+ years experience in document control
• EPC – engineering, procurement and construction
• Proficient with document control software and tools
• Created new document control tools and processes
• Familiar with project management software
• Excellent communication skills- verbal and written
• Expert organization skills with high attention to detail

Qualifications:

• BS or higher in an Engineering or Business Administration field
