Housing Works fights for funding and legislation to ensure that all people living with HIV/AIDS have access to quality housing, healthcare, HIV prevention, and treatment, among other lifesaving services.

Benefits

We have three comprehensive healthcare plans to choose from based on your priorities and budget. Housing Works covers most of the plan; you pay a portion, based on your salary. Staff begins accruing PTO immediately for a total of up to 30 days earned in the first year. We offer employees an educational benefit. This money is available for tuition loan reimbursement, tuition costs, and text books.

Compensation Range: $25/hr - $28/hr commensurate with experience

Overview

The eShop Manager is responsible for the measurable productivity and growth of the Housing Works online business and brand. With experience in both online retail and resale this candidate should possess merchandising and photography skills while continuing to grow expertise in SEO (search engine optimization) and digital marketing. Always curious for new ways to engage the customer, the eShop Manager will work cooperatively with the In-kind Donations, PDC and Marketing Departments to grow our online presence while surpassing monthly sales targets that contribute directly to Housing Works financial plan.

Responsibilities

  • Uphold a brand image that appeals to customers and articulates our most important differentiators and product benefits by creating standards that enhance and solidify our aesthetic and provide an omni-channel experiences
  • Oversee eShop Coordinator and any temporary/intern position
  • Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy
  • Monitor and research trends to identify key issues and opportunities
  • Participate in marketing meetings geared to develop the online shopping experience and increase revenue
  • Examine sales-related metrics to inform restocks
  • Manage storage and processing space
  • Stay in compliance with systems that best support incoming product flow and shipping
  • Record and report on daily, weekly and monthly sales data as needed
